Sauternes
Sauternes AOC Sauternes
Sauternes has a beautiful gold robe. The hint of acidity in this liquoreux wine makes it very harmonious. The bouquet is fine, nice and elegant with honey touch and white flowers. Well balanced and gentle oak taste, with a lingering flavor and a large cluster of aroma of mango, apricot, citrus, dry fruits, spices.
This wine is perfect for aperitif, fish, sea food, white meat e.g. poultry, pork, veal, spicy dishes, cheese and desserts
Grape variety : semillon, sauvignon blanc, muscadelle
Drinkable immediately and can be aged more than 50 years

Grand Vin Blanc Sec
This white dry wine is being produced in a well known Sauternes area in Bordeaux region.
It is defined with a citrus nose, with a citrus and spicy taste, very round and supple, with a fresh and elegant taste.
This wine is perfect for aperitif, fish, sea food, white meat e.g. poultry, pork, veal, spicy dishes, cheese and desserts
Grape variety : semillon, sauvignon blanc
Drinkable immediately and can be aged for 3 years

Bordeaux Blanc
This white dry Bordeaux comes from AOC Bordeaux.
It was created by using only Sauvignon Blanc varieties of grape.

This Bordeaux Supérieur cuvée traditions 2016 comes from AOC Bordeaux Supérieur.
It was aged for 6 months in an inox tank then 12 months in an oak barrel (barrels are new or only 1 year old).
This elegant and sophisticated wine is meant for aging.
It is a full-bodied and complex wine with aromas of coffee, cocoa, toasted bread melted with fruits.
This wine is perfect for venison, dishes with sauce and cheese
Grape variety : 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc

Grape variety : 65% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc
